UV Mirrors...

Heussner Optics offers a full range of high performance, cost-effective mirrors for UV Exposure Systems manufactured by Oriel, Quintel, Karl Suss, Optical Associates, HTG, ABM and JBA. B&A's mirrors offer performance equal to, or better than, the original equipment at a significantly lower cost. Many replacement mirrors are available from stock.

Mirrors in the Near, Mid and Deep UV spectrums are available in sizes up to 8" x 11" on "Pyrex" substrate materials as well as on high temperature substrates.

CONICAL REFLECTORS...

Heussner Optics offers high performance, cost-effective elliptical reflectors for UV Exposure Systems manufactured by Oriel, Canon, Karl Suss, Optical Associates, HTG, ABM and JBA. Our elliptical reflectors provide performance equal to, or better than, the original equipment at a significantly lower cost. Many replacement elliptical reflectors are available from stock.

Elliptical Reflectors are available in diameters up to 12". The larger elliptical reflectors are manufactured by electro-deposited nickel on very highly polished glass mandrels. Small reflectors are usually made of glass materials overcoated with metalized or dielectric reflective coatings.

A variety of reflective coatings are available to enhance reflector performance.

COMPACT ARC AND GRID LAMPS...

Heussner Optics also offers replacement Arc Lamps for UV Exposure Systems manufactured by Oriel, Canon, Karl Suss, Quintel, Optical Associates, HTG, ABM and JBA.

Lamp types include Near UV (Mercury-Argon), Visible (Xenon) and Deep UV (Xenon-Mercury) versions manufactured by Ushio, Advanced Radiation, Hamamatsu, Actinic Spectra and American lamp Technology. Lamps from other manufacturers are also available.

Lamps offered by Heussner Optics are either direct from manufacturer or alternatives that provide performance equal to, or better than, the original equipment. Most lamp types are available at a lower cost and, or, deliverable from stock or shorter delivery.

We also offer replacement Grid Lamps for DUV Flood Exposure Systems manufactured by OAI, HTG and JBA.
