Optics:
Heussner Optics manufactures new products as well as modifies
existing optical components. We employ a wide variety of manufacturing
and fabrication equipment to create the customer's parts. Heussner
Optics can process most glass, metal, and ceramic materials. Our
optical specialist can manufacture parts from as small as one-half
millimeter (0.020 inches) to well over 300 millimeters (12 inches)
across, with component fabrication to better than 1/10th wavelength
and to within seconds of arc.
Mirrors:
Heussner
Optics offers a full range of reflective and partially-reflective
mirrors to meet the various optical needs of customers, including
our UV, Visible, and Near IR. Mirrors include Hot and Cold Mirrors,
UV and IR reflecting, Extended range mirrors, and precision optically
Flat mirrors.
Heussner Optics can fabricate mirrors to meet
your exacting specifications. We manufacture high precision optical
flat mirrors on fused silica substrates, as well as elliptical,
elliptical flat, right angle and laser mirrors. We can meet your
needs with cylinder mirrors, parabolic and spherical mirrors,
first surface mirrors. Mirror coatings include multi-layer dielectrics
as well as metallic types.
Arc
and Grid Lamps:
Heussner Optics
offers Arc Lamps either from the original manufacturer, or a qualified
alternative source that provides performance equal to or better
than the original equipment. All lamps are competitively priced,
and lamp types include Near UV (Mercury-Argon), Visible (Xenon)
and Deep UV (Xenon-Mercury) versions manufactured by Ushio, Advanced
Radiation, Hamamatsu, and American Lamp Technology. Lamps from
other manufacturers are also available.
We can provide replacement Arc Lamps for UV Exposure Systems
manufactured by Oriel, Canon, Karl Suss, Quintel, OAI, HTG, ABM,
B&A, and JBA. UV Grid Lamps for general use and DUV Flood
Exposure Systems are also available. Delivery of many standard
lamps is typically from stock.
Heussner Optics also offers replacement Grid Lamps for DUV
Flood Exposure Systems manufactured by OAI, HTG, B&A, and
JBA.
* Near UV Short Arc Lamps: 200W, 350W, 500W, 1,000W, 1,600, 2,000,
3,500, and 5,000W Versions
* Mid UV Short Arc Lamps: 350W, 500W, 1,000W, and 2,000W Versions

Arc
Lamp Powersupplies:
Heussner
Optics offers a complete line of Power Adjustable and Intensity
Controlling Hg-Ar, Xe and Xe-Hg Arc Lamp power supply Systems
for UV Exposure Systems, UV Light Sources, UV Curing Systems,
and Mask Aligner Systems. We offer 200W through 5,000W Power supplies
and also provides power supply systems having dual capability
(200W or 350W and 350W or 500W). Power Adjustable, Constant-power
Power supplies provide a +/- 15% power range with better than
+/- 0.5% power regulation.
Intensity-controlling Power supplies include a dual sensor capability
for monitoring and controlling the intensity within a specific
spectrum. Dual Channel Optical feedback loop provides with better
than +/- 2% intensity precision and long term repeatability. These
systems incorporate a "Change Lamp" and "Maximum
Power Operation" alarms.
UV
Lightsources and Exposure Systems:
Heussner Optics can supply variety of high performance, collimated
UV Light sources and UV Exposure Systems. These systems are used
for fine line patterning as well as enhancement of UV photolithography
processes employed by the Microelectronics Industry. These UV
systems are designed for production use as well as R&D applications.
Near-, Mid- and Deep-UV systems are available with a variety of
standard and optional features including beam sizes to 16"
(400mm), intensity controlling power supplies, with up to 2,000W
capability.
The system's UV optics employs a proven, high performance optic
train that include an elliptical reflector, dielectric heat-removing
primary and secondary mirrors, a multi-element optical integrator
system, and collimating optics. The system's optical integrator
system produces uniformity and non-coherent radiation that virtually
eliminates the detrimental effects of diffraction. These high
intensity systems can resolve fine structures even in thick photosensitive
materials.
Elliptical
and Parabolic Reflectors: Heussner
Optics has high performance, cost-effective elliptical reflectors
for UV Exposure Systems manufactured by Oriel, Canon, Karl Suss,
Optical Associates, HTG, ABM, B&A, and JBA. These elliptical
reflectors offer performance equal to, or better than, the original
equipment at a significantly lower cost. Many replacement elliptical
reflectors are available from stock.
Elliptical Reflectors are available in diameters up to 12".
The larger elliptical reflectors are manufactured by electro-deposited
nickel on very highly polished glass mandrels; smaller reflectors
are usually made of glass materials overcoated with metalized
or dielectric reflective coatings and a variety of reflective
coatings are available to enhance reflector performance.
